ABOUT DREAM, GIRL
Dream, Girl documentary is a celebration of what it means to claim your power as a female in today’s modern world. This is a film sharing the stories of several female entrepreneurs. Their ups & downs, the struggle of being a woman in a male driven society, and what they are doing to shatter glass ceilings in their industry.
For the first time in history women are starting over 1,200 companies a day in the United States (men are starting 570)*. Even though it’s harder for female entrepreneurs to get investment and mentorship, that’s not stopping these women from pursuing their passions and following their dreams. Peer mentorship and networking communities are being created at an astounding rates as women come together... to support one another in their industries. The startup community as we know it is changing. It’s time we meet the women who represent that change.
