A Jill-of-Different Trades, Frances is the Founder of the Fem Collective / FemAle Brew Fest / GFL Beer Week.
She currently sits as the Local Chapter Leader for two nonprofit organizations: Pink Boots Society (Florida) | PBS is an international organizational that assists, inspires and encourages women to advance in their professional careers through education & scholarships. Girls Pint Out (Broward Chapter) | GPO is a national organization helping build a community of women that enjoy craft beer. Frances has been recognized on a number of publications for her efforts in highlighting women in beer and paving the way for diversity in the brewing industry. In March, she was named as a Grant Recipient for the Brewers Association - 2020 Diversity and Inclusion Grant. And most recently, Frances was highlighted alongside some other amazing female entrepreneurs in the O, Oprah Magazine | The New Girls Network - April 2020 Issue for being a trailblazer and creating opportunities for women. |
