Hailing from Long Island, New York Chef Tara Abrams has become a respected member of South Florida’s culinary industry. Much like her cooking, Tara started from scratch in the South East and has had the opportunity to train in some of South Florida’s most touted kitchens such as 32 East, Tap 42, Pelican Grand Beach Resort, Coconut Grove Sailing Club, OTC Brickell and multiple JEY Hospitality Group restaurants. During her four-year tenure with JEY Hospitality, Chef Tara’s expertise and knowledge were applied towards menu design, execution and more. Chef Tara gained her inspiration from watching her mom cook and grew up loving to create dishes in her family’s home. Tara has always abided by her personal mantra which is “to always use the best quality ingredients and put love into each stir”
